Cancellation Policy at SHOWON.GR: What You Need to Know

 
At SHOWON.GR, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your reservation with us. That's why we have a clear and concise cancellation policy in place to ensure that our clients are aware of the guidelines.
 
All cancellations must be confirmed by SHOWON.GR. Here's a breakdown of our cancellation policy:
 
Day Tours: If you need to cancel your Day Tour, you can do so up to 48 hours before your service date, and you will receive a 100% refund.
 
Multiple Day Tours: For Multiple Day Tours, you can cancel up to 7 days before your service date, and you will receive a 100% refund.
 
Island Hopping: Our policy for Island Hopping tours is slightly different due to numerous third parties involved. If you cancel at least 30 days beforehand and provide written notice via the address used for your reservation, a cancellation fee of 20% of the tour's value will be charged. The fee will vary depending on the cancellation date.
 
For cancellations made 45 to 30 days prior to arrival, a charge of 30% of the total package price per person will be applied. For cancellations made 29 to 21 days prior to arrival, a charge of 40% of the total package price per person will be applied. Cancellations made 20 to 2 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 80% of the total package price per person. If you cancel one day prior to the day of arrival or simply do not show up, there will be no refunds.
 
In the event that you are unable to make your appointment due to circumstances beyond your control, such as airline or cruise ship operation, strikes, extreme weather conditions, or mechanical failure, you will receive a 100% refund of the paid amount.
 
Please note that if your cancellation date is over two (2) months away from your reservation date, third-party providers such as credit card companies may charge a levy fee between 2-4%.
 
Lastly, SHOWON.GR reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, prevailing weather conditions, or mechanical failures. In such an unfortunate case, we will notify you immediately via the email address used for your reservation, and your payment will be refunded 100%.
