That's why we have a clear and straightforward payment and charges policy that outlines the costs and fees involved in booking and using our luxury vehicles.
Booking and Payment
To book a VIP transfer with SHOWON.GR, customers can choose from several payment methods. These include credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. The full payment is required at the time of booking, and we accept payments in several currencies, including euros, US dollars, and British pounds.
Charges and Fees
Our VIP transfer prices include all taxes, fees, and charges, except for additional services that are not included in the standard package. These may include extra waiting time, luggage handling, special requests, or additional stops. We will always inform customers of any additional charges or fees before they are incurred.
Waiting Time Policy
Our VIP transfer service guarantees a stress-free airport pick-up experience, as our drivers will be waiting for you upon your arrival for up to 40 minutes at no extra cost. In case of any delays, we monitor your flight status to ensure that our driver is there to meet you. If waiting time exceeds 40 minutes, additional charges may apply to cover driver waiting time and expenses.
Cancellation Policy
At SHOWON.GR, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. That's why we have a flexible cancellation policy that allows customers to cancel their VIP transfer up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee may apply.
Refunds Policy
If a customer cancels their VIP transfer with SHOWON.GR within the allowed cancellation period, they are eligible for a full refund of their payment. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the cancellation request is received. If a cancellation fee applies, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Invoicing
SHOWON.GR provides invoices for all bookings and payments made. Customers can request an invoice at the time of booking or at any time during or after their VIP transfer. Invoices/receipts are sent via email within 5 (five) working days.
